Hi, we’re Matt and Aileen — a husband-and-wife team and the proud owners of Bee Organized San Francisco Bay Area.

We know how full life can get. Between careers, kids’ activities, travel, and all the in-between moments, it doesn’t take much for things to feel overwhelming. That’s why we believe organizing isn’t just about closets and containers — it’s about creating breathing room. It’s about bringing peace and possibility into people’s lives. We’re passionate about building something meaningful — for our kids, for our community, and for the families and businesses we have the privilege of serving every day.

With two very active kids, most of our free time is spent at games, practices, and family adventures. When we’re not organizing, you’ll usually find us on the sidelines cheering or planning our next trip — whether that’s skiing in the mountains, relaxing on a beach, or exploring a new city. At the end of the day, our favorite place is simply wherever our family is together.

We’d love to help you create a little more peace and possibility in your space, too.
