Bee Organized Scottsdale

Meet Angie Ahlstedt Dunbar, the heart behind Bee Organized Scottsdale. Angie grew up in Lindsborg, Kansas, ”Little Sweden USA” and now she brings that friendly, community vibe to her organizing business in Scottsdale. She has two beautiful daughters and an amazing spouse Elmer Patterson who is very active with her in the business. 

Angie’s journey to starting Bee Organized Scottsdale is diverse. After earning her business degree, her career took her from corporate consulting to roles in inventory management, IT, and HR. Like her parents, Angie discovered a true passion for entrepreneurship. This led her to real estate and eventually to the world of professional organizing. 

For Angie, the work of Bee Organized isn’t just about tidying up spaces; it’s about transforming lives. Whether purging clutter, packing and unpacking, or creating beautifully organized spaces, the focus is always on making life easier and more enjoyable for their clients. She is very proud of the Scottsdale Hive - a team of amazing, compassionate “Bees” who make even the toughest jobs fun. 

When she's not organizing, Angie and Elmer enjoy playing pickleball and hanging out with friends. Angie and Elmer and the Bees also stay active in the community, supporting a number of local causes as well as a company-wide program Soles 4 Souls. Angie’s advice to the neighborhood? “We all have too much stuff. Enjoy the things that are useful or that you love, and let go of the rest. After all, we can’t take it with us!”
