Bee Organized Terms and Conditions
Our Pledge to you: We know the process of opening up the deepest, darkest (and most unorganized) parts of your home can be stressful and possibly embarrassing. Relax. The Bees of Bee Organized pride themselves on being confidential, compassionate, non-judgmental and respectful of your privacy and your personal journey of getting organized. We promise that once we begin, you will forget your worries and enjoy the process…you might even call us Bees your friends in the end!
Photos: Before & After photos are taken of each space for planning purposes, as well as marketing tools on social media, websites, etc. Bee Organized takes special care not to have any personal identifying items or marks in the picture(s) in order for the location and homeowner to remain anonymous. Additionally, the Before & After photos serve as exciting markers of your progress and motivation to keep the space(s) organized.
Scheduling Reminder: You will be reminded via email the day before your scheduled work session with names and pictures of your assigned Bees.
Cancellations: We ask for 48-hour advance notice of project cancellation or rescheduling. If that notice is not given, you are subject to a cancellation fee.
Right of Refusal: Bee Organized associates reserve the right to refuse to begin scheduled work if the work conditions are deemed dangerous or out of the scope of our work and abilities.
Estimate Parameters: Upon starting the project, if Bee Organized determines the project will exceed the estimated hours initially estimated due to unforeseen conditions and/or client time restraints, Bee Organized will stop and communicate with the client. At that time, Bee Organized and the client will decide together whether to re-prioritize what should be done within the original estimate or simply add additional time in order to complete the project. Additional time to be billed in half-hour increments. Projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling.

Non-Solicitation and No-Hire of Bee Organized Employees (Bees):
To keep things fair and protect our team, we ask that you do not hire or work directly with anyBee (a Bee Organized employee) outside of Bee Organized - either during your time workingwith us or for one year after the last time that Bee worked with you.
This includes you, your family members, or anyone in your household making a separate arrangement with a Bee to provide services without going through Bee Organized.
If this policy is not followed, the Client agrees to pay a fee of $15,000 or 20% of that Bee’s annual salary, whichever is higher. This fee helps cover the time and cost we put into finding, hiring, training, and managing our team. It’s not a penalty, just a fair way to recover those expenses.
Also, please understand:
- If you work directly with a Bee outside of Bee Organized, our insurance (including liability and workers comp) will no longer apply.
- You’ll be fully responsible for properly paying that person and handling any taxes or legal employment requirements.
- If we need to take steps to enforce this policy, you may also be responsible for any legal or collection costs.
This policy remains in effect even after your work with Bee Organized has ended.
Payment: An invoice will be emailed to you after the completion of the project. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. A $50.00 late fee is subject to be charged if payment is not received within 14 days of completion. An additional $50.00 charge may be added weekly until the entire payment is received.
